One of my favorite things about being a healthcare practitioner is helping people identify their goals and then creating a plan to help get them there.
I know there are chiropractors out there who want everyone to fit into one big care plan, but that’s never made sense to me. Different people have different needs, goals, and motivations—and the care should reflect that.
