Our new patient visit is where your healing starts. During your session, we don’t just perform an average adjustment. We combine hands-on soft tissue work with personalized chiropractic care so your muscles and spine work together—not fight each other. Most people don’t realize this, but tight muscles are often what’s pulling your spine out of place. Treat both, and you finally give your body a chance to stay in balance.
During your visit, you’ll meet one-on-one with one of our chiropractors for a full intake and movement assessment. This will be followed by hot steam packs, a focused 10-minute trigger-point massage, before finishing with a full spinal adjustment tailored to your body.
This session is the foundation of what we do—and why our results last. If everything you’ve tried hasn’t worked, it just means you haven’t tried this yet.

We practice traditional chiropractic care (yes, you’ll probably hear the crack!) as well as sports chiropractic techniques focused on performance and recovery.

We hear this a lot! That sound is just gas releasing from the joint—completely normal and not harmful. Our adjustments are gentle, precise, and always based on your comfort level. Nervous? Just let us know, and we’ll modify your adjustment.

Yes! We’re happy to use an activator if you’d prefer a low-force, click-style adjustment. Just let us know when you come in.

Nope! We’ll never try to sell you on a long-term plan or ask you to commit to a certain number of sessions. We do offer packages if you want to save a little money, but they’re totally optional.

Absolutely. We offer 55-, 85-, and 120-minute massages that can be scheduled before your adjustment. Just give us a call and we’ll take care of the timing.

Our new patient appointment ($240) last about an hour, and include a consultation, examination, hot steam packs, a 10 minute trigger point massage as well as a full spine chiropractic adjustment. Your insurance may cover your chiropractic and massage care. Just ask. We can do out-of-network insurance billing for you!
